SOREA Urán Hotel*** is situated in the centre of Tatranská Lomnica, located directly under the foothills of Lomnický Peak. It is an ideal spot for a family holiday. In the summer season it is the starting point for hikes to Skalnatá dolina, Huncovská kotlinka, Dolina biela voda, Lomnický and Kežmarský Peak massif, trips to Belianska cave, Javorina and Ždiar. For visitors are available football pitch, mountain bike hire, park mini golf, cinema and a gallery. Close to the hotel is a cabin cable-car station to Skalnaté Tarn, with the possibility to change onto the aerial cable-car to Lomnický Peak. The surroundings offer suitable cycling tracks and the corridor Lomnické sedlo – Skalnaté Tarn – Tatranská Lomnica offers flights on hang gliders and paragliding. In the winter season operate 4 ski-lifts – Jamy, Čučoriedky, chair-lift to Lomnické sedlo and cabin cable-car to Skalnaté Tarn. More demanding skiers can enjoy the slope from Lomnické sedlo, which belongs to best terrains in High Tatras. Winter sport lovers will also appreciate the natural ice ring and maintained cross-country ski tracks.
